Many of our customers who visit our centre for the first time are amazed at the range of varieties and sizes of plants that we have in stock!
Unfortunately this does give us a headache when it comes to dispatching plants to customers and makes it impossible to come up with an easy solution to delivery prices.
Delivery charges vary according to the size/ weight of the product and quantity.
For products up to 2kg we dispatch these by Royal Mail for between £2.50 and £4.99 per item.
Above 2kg but below 30kg we dispatch these by courier for £9.40 per item.
For heavier items or multiple items we use a pallet courier for the cost of £65, this is restricted to dimensions of 1.2m x 1m x 0.75m tall and 1 tonne.
All items with dimensions above this will go by non standard delivery and a quote will be necessary before dispatch. PLEASE ENQUIRE.
For local deliveries it may be more economic to phone for a quote, as we may be able to deliver via our own delivery service.
Please note that we are unable to ship to Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, The Channel Islands, Isle of Man or any other destination not on the UK Mainland for our standard courier price.

Plants will be dispatched carefully wrapped, they are living things and should not be left packaged on receipt, but immediately removed and put in a sheltered position outside until you are ready to plant. We advise planting within a week although most will survive longer but will require daily attention, particularly watering in the interim.
Plants must be signed for on receipt and any discrepancies/ damage reported in writing within 24 hours.
Delivery will be to kerbside only and pallets require hardstanding to be wheeled onto.
Customers are responsible for disposal of any packaging, the delivery driver will not be able to remove.
